You can send your compliments, requests, complaints, or claims to the email info@taxialife.com. Please provide the channel through which the service was requested (App, Whatsapp, Landline), the origin and approximate time of the service, destination of the service, the taxi’s side number or plate, and a detailed description of the events.
To facilitate user payments, various methods are available within the app: Cash, Credit Card, QR Bancolombia, and QR Mercado Pago. Additionally, in some cities, QR Daviplata is printed on the backrest of the drivers’ seats for users to scan and pay through this channel.
